Just came across your blog, Gregory, and went straight to the music-link. "Wouldn't It Be Nice" has been on my mind lately because I'm making a playlist for the "cocktail hour" of my son's upcoming wedding party, and that song seems a natural inclusion. Spreading that "hour" to maybe ninety minutes or even two hours, I've still space for only about 30 songs so I'm selecting with care. I had been thinking that maybe "Wouldn't It Be Nice" might be too predictable a song choice, something overused at weddings. But coming across it here, in a different setting than the large "stock" playlist of possibles that I've been absorbed in, I rediscovered it. Listening to it side by side with the graphics and quotes, my doubts vanished and I realized "Well of course I've got to use this." Thanks.
