the five food groups?



Garlic and black pepper marinated skirt steak.


Sauteéd, mixed olive tapenade.


Pan crisped, buttery panko.


Grill-pan skirt steak, fresh tomatoes and broccoli rabe with sauteéd olive, panko and shaved reggiano parmigian. 


And white wine, shallot-steamed mussels.


For an appetizer.
