I found an interesting recipe for a cauliflower roast.
A coating starts with a cup of plain yogurt,
Plus the zest and juice of a lime.
2 tablespoons of chile powder, 1 tablespoon of cumin, a teaspoon each of ginger and coriander, a good dash of tumeric,
And a healthy squeeze of fresh garlic.
45 minutes at 400〫
I threw some cod in for the last 12 minutes.
So weird.
Day-glo inside!
The cod was good.
The cauliflower was just strange. :-(
