I looked at those and wondered. Awesome space. Much bigger than mine. But i do have the top floor with a balcony and a fireplace. Best of all it is all mine.
In Washington it’s how close to the President you are. In LA, it’s how many movie stars return your calls. But in New York, it’s the square footage you control and “all mine” is the best kind of real estate possession. Balcony? Fireplace? Gee. Invite me over for the next snowstorm. :-)
