and eaten, too


Start with two Branzino and 10 peeled, jumbo shrimp. 
Salt and pepper their cavities.

Slice lemon, and shallot and interweave with the shrimp,
 and stuff it all inside the fish. 

Add parsley. Wrap in plastic. 

Let stand on the counter for one hour and then…


400 degrees for 30 minutes.
