I gave it three stars then


Much has changed since Thanksgiving 1982, 
but this very good vegetarian stuffing recipe 
(except eggs and butter?) 
has changed very little.


Now I use juicier, more flavorful apples, but Granny and Red Delicious were supermarket-state-of-the-art 34 years ago.


Now I usually cut the raisins these days, and double the walnuts. 

But the apricots are essential.


I’d give it four stars now!
