Bill de Blasio signed a law yesterday
reducing the penalty for peeing in public.
Great idea.
We have guys peeing below our windows here in SoBro year round.
But de Blasio went soft on crime while taking bribes for government appointments because "people — often minorities and the poor — are being dragged into the criminal justice system."
Well, duh.
Isn’t it interesting how folks who live in Soho...
..or on the UpperEastSide...
have figured out how not to piss on their own street?
