The concept of “Zakat” is one of the five pillars of Islam and is mandatory for all Muslims.

for religious tax exemption.
CAIR, the Council on American-Islamic Relations, is based in Washington and pursues a civil liberties agenda for all Muslims living in the United States.
In 2007 CAIR was investigated by U.S. Federal Prosecutors and found to be co-conspirators involved in funding Hamas.
The United Arab Emirates considers CAIR to be a terrorist group.
Yet here, CAIR leader Ahmad Saleem enjoyed the American freedom to counsel Muslim youth in Florida, empowering them to advance Sharia law within the United States.
His car bears a custom license plate, “Invest in Children.”

So why has CAIR taken his name down and disavowed
he was ever an important member?
He was caught in a Florida child sex sting.
Ahmad Saleem arrived to have sex with a 10 year old
in the car bearing his specialty plate.
To be fair, he was not breaking sharia law.
