nice while it lasted

There’s nothing like a sunny day in the country to clear the senses.

The overgrown greenery, the wildflowers and farmhouse architecture are restorative to our sense of well-being.

Originally built in the late 1800’s, this vernacular architecture features all the things we love about a country house.

Wood was the material of the day, and woodworking details abound.

And the land is blanketed in greenery.

Except we’re not in the country.

Not even close.

We’re out in Brooklyn.

Central Brooklyn. And nowhere near a park.

I lied. Ha ha.
