QueenAnne style architecture is a particular style from the Victorian Era.
It was very popular here from about 1875 until WW1, about 1913 or so.
The famous painted ladies in SanFrancisco are Queen Anne rowhouses, some of the most famous in the world.

Our 1886 ClockTower is Victorian too, but Romanesque and earlier, about 1850 through the 1890’s or so.
The Charles A. Dana Discovery Center on the Harlem Meer was built in homage to the Queen Anne style.
But it’s a handsome fake. It was opened in 1993.
