Moses sports a Mohawk, 1920s meets 2012 attire, and creative mixology skills. The boisterous bartender has designed and contributed to the creation of cocktail menus at many successful New York City restaurants.
A born and bred native of New York City’s Spanish Harlem, Moses Laboy started his NYC restaurant career in 1992 as a bus boy and quickly moved up the ranks to server, head bartender, and management.
