if you love and live

Mott Music is a short film about a piano factory we can see from our front windows.

It’s housed in the old Mott Ironwork Building by the Third Avenue Bridge, diagonally from the Bruckner Bar.

an identical Steinway from 1895 can also be seen here:
It’s just a grimy repair warehouse for http://www.beethovenpianos.com
but if you like fixing things as I do it’s very cool.

Released in 2005, Jarred Alterman shot Mott Music for an estimated $30,000 according to the IMDB webpage.
Moving from floor to dusty floor is like going back 100 years in time.

And it’s all just half-a-block away from our ClockTower. If you love and live in SoBro, the 95 second trailer is just great.

Our neighborhood heritage, right at our door.

This factory is now office space available, unfortunately. If it's large enough, maybe these guys could rent it as they're looking for a new home http://thebronxbrewery.com/home
