Mott Music is a short film about a piano factory we can see from our front windows.

It’s housed in the old Mott Ironwork Building by the Third Avenue Bridge, diagonally from the Bruckner Bar.

Released in 2005, Jarred Alterman shot Mott Music for an estimated $30,000 according to the IMDB webpage.
Moving from floor to dusty floor is like going back 100 years in time.

    This factory is now office space available, unfortunately. If it's large enough, maybe these guys could rent it as they're looking for a new home
