colorful language

Morocco was a French territory until independence came in 1956.
The region is ideal for goats and sheep, so wool and leather for rugs and fabrics is in natural abundance.
Today, tourists support these traditional, beautiful handcrafts.

The Neolithic Berbers employed a coiling technique to make early pottery.

Moroccan fabric is still made with dyes and techniques hundreds of years old.
The good stuff never changes!
